Truly outrageous-that this whole 1000+ page bill was crammed through without being read by those signing for it. I would support a constitutional amendment requiring, on penalty of horrors t.b.d., that all bills be thoroughly read by any and all folks voting on them, from the president on down to the representatives. NO EXECUTIVE SUMMARIES!
